It's supposed to be an offer for Italy.
The message says that if you bought stardollars and superstar membership between 1-3 June,
You will get this dress for free.
(Information taken from USD as I couldn't really understand the message because it's in Italian)
So, I thought that as nobody has posted about the new dressup doll I'll inform you about it instead.
